The books sold at Whitney Book Corner and A Second Look are donated by the public or discarded from the library. We accept quality books that are in saleable condition (no damaged or dirty books, please). Donations can be dropped off at the Central Library. Unfortunately, book donations cannot be accepted at the bookstores.
The Friends of the Library also accepts monetary donations that are used to support the Schenectady County Library system’s programs and new book purchases.
