Whitney Book Corner and A Second Look sell quality used books at more than reasonable prices. The store is operated by the Friends of Schenectady County Public Library and all proceeds benefit the library system.
Books are donated by the public or culled from library discards. Dedicated volunteers sort the books and choose the best of the best for our store. Twice per year The Friends hold a huge book sale at the Central Library with thousands of additional titles.
